SHIPPING TIME
All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. We do not ship on Friday to avoid packages sitting on trucks or in warehouses over the weekend. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
We ship orders from the United States via UPS or USPS (domestic) and DHL (international). Domestic orders come with discounted standard rates, while international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please note that transit delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing are beyond our control.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
For added security, all orders valued over $100 are shipped with additional insurance and with “direct signature required” and our carrier is instructed to not leave packages without your signature. This helps ensure safe receipt of your package. If you are unavailable to sign, you may need to coordinate pickup with the carrier.
RETURNED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
SHIPPING LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Delivery delays caused by the carrier

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
However, if you experience any of these issues, please contact us first at info@hautevintage.com so we can assist you in resolving the matter. Since we handle all shipping claims, customers must cooperate with us throughout the claims process. We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim, and any refund or replacement is contingent on the carrier’s resolution. Failure to provide requested information (such as proof of loss or damage) may result in the inability to recover a refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control. If an international package is refused or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
