Condition Standards
At Haute Vintage, we intentionally source items from “like new” to “requires rehab” and everything in between. This allows us to bring luxury designer bags to a wider audience and at all price points, making them accessible to everyone.
All items are carefully inspected and rated per the below categories. Each category is a general summary for guidance only and may not be an exact or all-inclusive representation of an item.
Like New
Brand new condition, minimal or no obvious signs of wear, may have retail tags and original accoutrements.
Excellent
Gently worn but carefully maintained. May have minor signs of wear or aging on leather and hardware.
Very Good
Light to moderate wear with clear signs of use or aging to the leather and hardware. The shape may be relaxed.
Good
Well-loved with obvious signs of wear, aging, and/or loss of structure. May require professional care or has been professionally retouched.
Fair
Heavy signs of wear and/or aging. Requires professional care before use. May have received significant rehab.
